Shipping & Return Policy

At 10X Pro Academy, we work with Printful, a trusted print-on-demand fulfillment partner, to produce and ship our physical products directly to you.

Please review the shipping details below before placing your order.


1. Order Processing

All physical products are made to order.

  • Production time: 2–5 business days

  • Orders begin processing once payment is confirmed

  • You will receive a confirmation email after your order is placed

Because products are custom-made, order changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.


2. Shipping & Delivery Times

Shipping times vary based on destination and selected shipping method.

Estimated Shipping Times:

  • United States: 3–5 business days

  • International Orders: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, holidays, or carrier delays.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are determined by:

  • Product type

  • Order quantity

  • Shipping destination

All shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier information

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost


6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • 10X Pro Academy is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses

  • Orders returned due to address errors may require additional shipping fees


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will work with Printful to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


8. No Returns or Exchanges

Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of:

  • Defective items

  • Printing errors

Approved issues will be replaced at no additional cost.


9. Digital Products

Digital products, courses, memberships, and coaching services are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.
